Golf courses and score-cards

Details of golf-courses are added to the Divots Galore website as registered users play and record scores for different courses.

Adding a new course is easy, once registered click the add a golf course link and enter the stroke index, distance and par for each hole. A golf-course only needs to be added once and is then available for all users.
